测汞仪器漂移的校正
Drift correction of instrument for determining Hg
【摘要】 常用的汞分析方法有冷原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光光谱法、双硫腙分光光度法等 ,在已颁布的汞标准分析方法中都采用标准曲线法。然而 ,通过对汞质控标样的分析及多年环境监测结果的数理统计 ,发现用标准曲线的回归系数来计算样品中汞的测定结果 ,使低含量样品中汞浓度偏高 ,高含量样品中汞浓度偏低 ,若用相应吸收值的标准溶液浓度来计算样品中汞浓度 ,测定结果更准确
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of quality control samples of Hg and of mathematical statistics of the environmental monitoring results of many years,it is found that using regression coefficient of standard curve to calculate the result of Hg in samples,the concentration of Hg will be higher for low-content Hg,but in the high concentration samples,the result will be lower On the other hand,when corresponding absorption value of standard solution is used to calculate concentration of Hg,the results will be much accuracy
