FeⅡ-紫脲酸体系薄层树脂相光度法测定痕量铁的研究
Study on the determination of trace iron by thin layer resin phase spectrophotometry with Fe-violuric acid system
【摘要】 提出了在碱性条件下 ,利用薄层树脂相分光光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。将Fe 与紫脲酸形成的络阴离子 ,吸附在717型阴离子交换树脂上 ,通过薄层树脂相光度法测定铁。方法灵敏度高 ,ε6 2 0 =3 0× 10 5,比水相光度法灵敏度提高 15倍。精密度理想 ,测定含 5 μgFe 溶液 6次 ,RSD =1 8%。实测天然水中痕量铁 ,加标回收率为 97%~ 99%。
【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of Fe by thin layer resin phase spectrophotometry in alkali condition has been reported The complex anion formed by Fe*" and violuric acid(VA) is adsorbed on the 717 # resin and Fe can be determined by making thin layer This method has high sensitivity(ε 620 =3 0×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ),which is 15 times higher than that of liquid phase spectrophotometry It has been proved a satisfactory precision(5 0μg Fe,n=6,RSD=1 8%) Fe in natural water has been determined with recovery of 97%-99%
