新型Ni-Cr-Co基高温合金长期时效后的相分析
Phase analysis of a new Ni-Cr-Co base superalloy after long time thermal exposure
【摘要】 采用物理化学相分析技术研究了一种新型Ni Cr Co基高温合金长期时效后的析出相γ′(+η),M23C6,MC和M6C(+μ)的相组成,分析了时效温度和时效时间对析出相含量的影响,并用X射线小角散射(SAXS)分析了γ′(+η)相在不同粒度间隔的质量分布。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the precipitates in a new NiCrCo base superalloy after long time thermal exposure have been studied by physical and chemical phase analysis and X-ray small angle scattering technologyThe detailed data of phase composition and crystal lattice for γ′(+η),M23C6,MC and M6C have been gainedThe exposure time and temperature have an obvious effect on the fraction of γ′(+η) and M23C6 but not for MC.The particle Size of γ′(+η) not only varies with aging time and temperature but also have a wide distribution and relatively centralizes.
