【摘要】 目的　探讨PAX2和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在肾细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组化SP法检测 4 4例肾细胞癌患者组织样本及 11例癌旁正常肾组织标本中PAX2和PCNA的表达。结果　在肾细胞癌患者组织样本及癌旁正常肾组织标本中PAX2的阳性表达率分别为 6 3 6 %和 18 2 % ,两者间有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。PAX2的阳性表达随肾细胞癌临床分期的升高而增加 ,与组织类型及病理分级无明显相关。PCNA在肾细胞癌患者组织中的阳性表达明显高于癌旁正常肾组织 (P <0 0 1) ,并随肾细胞癌临床分期及病理分级的升高而增加 ,但与组织类型无关。PAX2和PCNA阳性表达间无明显的相关关系。结论　PAX2和PCNA可能参与了肾细胞癌发生和发展的过程 ,可作为肾细胞癌诊断及恶性程度判断的参考指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of PAX2,PCNA in Renal cell carcinoma and evaluate their biological significance.Methods The expression of PAX2 and PCNA were assayed by means of immunohistochemical technique in Rcc and normal renal tissues.Results The positive expression rates of PAX2 in Rcc and normal renal tissues were 63 6% and 18 2% respectively ( P <0 01).PAX2 expression was related to tumor stage,but not to tumor grade or cell subtype.The positive expression rates of PCNA in Rcc tissues were higher than those in normal renal tissues( P <0 01),and were related to tumor stage,grade,but not to cell subtype.There were no relations of expression between PAX2 and PCNA.Conclusion PAX2 and PCNA may be involved in the process of renal carcinogenesis and tumor progression.Their immunoreactivity may serve as an index of diagnosis and the malignant degree of Rcc.更多还原
