Sigma声学造影无创伤评价正常心肌血流灌注的实验研究
Experimental study of Sigma ultrasound contrast agent evaluating the normal myocardial blood flow per-fusion
【摘要】 目的 评价自行研制的Sigma新型声学造影剂,心肌声学显像效果。方法 10只闭胸狗麻醉后经周围静脉注射Sigma造影剂(1ml/kg)行心肌声学造影(MCE),同时观察其对实验犬心率、血压的影响。结果 注射Sigma造影剂共45次,MCE成功率100%,显影强度Ⅱ级11次,Ⅲ级34次,显影-时间强度曲线(T-INT),造影前后前壁、侧壁、后壁峰值密度(PI),曲线下面积(AUC)差异均有显著意义(P<0.01);造影后心率、血压均无影响。结论 Sigma新型声学造影剂具有良好的心肌显像作用,可用于评价心肌血流灌注。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the myocardial opacification efficiency of a novel Sigma ultrasound contrast agent. Methods After anesthesia, myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) was performed on 10 closed chest dogs by peripheral intravenous injection of Sigma contrast agent (1ml/ kg). Meanwhile, the heart rate and blood pressure were recorded. Results Sigma contrast agent was injected for 45 times and the myocardial opacification rate was 100%. The ultrasound videointensity was grade Ⅱ 11 times,grade Ⅲ for 34 times. The opacification time intensity curve(T-lNT) ,the peak intensities (PI)of anterior,lateral and posterior wall,and the area under the curve (AUC) and significant differences before and after contrast (P<0. 01). The contrast agent had no effect on heart rate and blood pressure of the dogs. Conclusion The novel Sigma ultrasound contrast agent had satisfactory myocardial opacification effect. It may be used to evaluate myocardial blood flow perfusion.
