辐射固化材料在电子信息产业中的应用
Application of Radiation Curing Materials in Electronic Information Industry
【摘要】 辐射固化材料属近些年来出现并迅速发展的新一类光敏材料。其作用原理是通过活性辐射源的选择性曝光,使特定涂层中特种高分子化合物固化,从而在涂层上形成图像状的坚固表面。由于其固化迅速、加工方便,成品极为微细、精密并且应用过程费用经济、节能,又不污染环境,因此在很多行业获得广泛应用。本文着重阐述其在电子信息产业中的应用,如:微电子行业、光电子行业等。
【Abstract】 Radiation-curing materials are a novel type of photo-s ensitive materials newly emerged and rapidly developed in recent years.Their wo rking principle is to build image-wise solid surface on specific layers by selec tive exposure to active radiation.Because they can be quickly cured and easily p rocessed,making their use cost-and energy-saving,environment-friendly,especially they can yield very fine and high-precision products,they are widely used in di fferent industries.This paper outlines mainly their use in updated electronic i nformation industries,e.g.micro-electronic indutries,photo-eletronic industries etc..
