【Abstract】 Radiation-curing materials are a novel type of photo-s ensitive materials newly emerged and rapidly developed in recent years.Their wo rking principle is to build image-wise solid surface on specific layers by selec tive exposure to active radiation.Because they can be quickly cured and easily p rocessed,making their use cost-and energy-saving,environment-friendly,especially they can yield very fine and high-precision products,they are widely used in di fferent industries.This paper outlines mainly their use in updated electronic i nformation industries,e.g.micro-electronic indutries,photo-eletronic industries etc..更多还原
