大豆蛋白纤维前处理工艺条件对含氮量的影响
Influence of pretreatment process on nitrogen content of soybean protein fibre
【摘要】 运用凯氏定氮法对大豆蛋白纤维的前处理工艺进行优化研究 ,根据处理前后含氮量的变化来表征大豆蛋白纤维蛋白质含量的变化情况。以测得的坯布平均含氮量为基准 ,测定时间、温度、pH值及碱剂浓度四个因素对大豆蛋白纤维含氮量的影响 ,并通过正交试验确定最佳前处理工艺条件。
【Abstract】 The influence of pretreatment process on the nitrogen content of soybean protein fibre was studied. The nitrogen content of the fibre was determined by Kjeldahl analysis method. In order to study the dependence of several factors on the protein reduction of the soybean protein fibre, the factorial experiment design was used to optimize the pretreatment conditions.
