匀染剂对聚酯超细纤维染色性能的研究
Effects of leveling agent on dyeing behaviors of supermicro polyester fiber
【摘要】 研究匀染剂TF-215对分散染料初始吸附、初始界面解吸和迁移、高温解吸和迁移、溶解状态、高温分散性能、染深性和染料配伍性等的影响。结果表明,匀染剂TF-215能明显降低染料的初始吸附百分率,提高染料初期和高温时的解吸、迁移,增加染料的高温分散性和配伍性。传统的分散染料在匀染剂TF-215的存在下,可适用于超细纤维染色。
【Abstract】 Effects of leveling agent TF-215 on behaviors of disperse dyes are discussed, such as initial adsorption, initial interfa-cial desorption and migration, high temperature desorption and migration, dissolving state, high temperature dispersibility, deep dyeing and dye compatibility as well. Experimental results show that traditional disperses are suitable for supermicro fiber dyeing at the presence of leveling agent TF-215.
