【摘要】 用自制的直接染料喷射印花墨水,在美国ENCAD公司的大型喷印机上进行纺织品数字印花试验。对棉、丝绸、羊毛织物及氨纶/尼龙针织物分别进行前处理,然后用直接染料喷射印花墨水印制织物,通过汽蒸和无甲醛固色剂后处理,可获得色彩鲜艳的产品,并具有较好的皂洗牢度。该喷射印花墨水性能稳定,价格便宜,适用于多种纺织品,也可用于纸张喷印,很适于喷印机的操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using ENCAD printer, the digital printing for textiles with self-made direct dye jet inks are tested in this paper. The cotton, silk, wool fabrics and polyurethane/nylon core-spun spandex knittings were pretreated with spray sizing using a manual sprayer, printed with direct dye jet inks and after-treated by steaming and fixing with a formaldehyde-free fixing agent RF, their color fastness to soaping are acceptable. These jet inks are stable and suitable to print on paper, their cost is low.更多还原
