【摘要】 亚麻织物表面的毛羽给人穿着造成刺痒感 ,需进行生物酶整理。通过纤维素酶对亚麻织物进行正交实验 ,确定了最佳工艺方案 :纤维素酶用量 2 % (owf) ,pH值为 6,温度取 5 0℃。经生物酶整理后 ,织物表面的毛羽大大下降 ,外观光洁 ,手感柔软 ,服用舒适性得到提高 ,取得较好效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Hairiness on the linen surface causes scratchiness and uncomfortableness in serviceability, so the enzyme is adopted to remove the hairiness. The optimum process was defined via orthogonal experiments, that is, cellulase concentration 2 % (owf), pH value 6, temperature 50℃. Enzyme treatment enables hairiness removal, smooth appearance, soft handle as well as improved comfortableness.更多还原
