【摘要】 活性染料的拼色染色以其可靠的染色结果而得到广泛应用。本文给出了一种直观、简便的可视化新方法 ,为活性染料的应用提供了可靠的参考依据。选用MCT MCT双活性基染料 ,按一定的工艺处方染纯棉织物 ,作其上染和固色曲线 ,并测试具有代表性的染色特征值使其可视化 ,以选择理想的三原色组合进行拼色染色 ,并与染料生产厂家推荐的其他类型三原色进行比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reactive dyes are widely applied in trichromatic combination dyeing because of reliable dyeing results, so it is an important work for dyers to make a right selection for three primary colors. In this paper a direct and easy visualizing method, which offers a reliable reference for the application of reactive dyes, was given out. The reactive dyes with MCT/MCT group are taken as an example, after dyeing pure cotton cloth with a certain procedure, the exhaustion and fixation curves were made out and from which some typical dyeing characteristic values were calculated. These values were visualized by using the method and the right three primary colors were chosen out. The dyeing results of the three primary colors of dyes with MCT/MCT group were studied and compared with the other two types of primary colors which introduced by the dyes manufacturies.更多还原
