【摘要】 目的　探讨气管、支气管特殊类型异物的有效处理方法。方法　回顾分析 2 4例气管、支气管特殊异物的处理方法。结果　 15例特殊异物经气管镜取出 ,6例从气管切开口处取出 ,使用纤维支气管镜取出 2例 ,1例异物开胸取出。结论　根据气管、支气管特殊异物类型、病程和是否伴发合并症 ,制定合理的手术计划 ,充分做好围手术期的处理和术中的应变处理 ,可以减少并发症的发生 ,取得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore proper operative methods for removal of irregular shaped airway foreign body. Methods Twenty four emergency cases of irregular shapednairway foreign body from May, 1984 to March, 2003 had reviewed, especially the operative procedure for removing foreign bodies. Results Fifteen cases of foreign bodies were removed through rigid tracheobronchoscope. Extraction of six cases was accomplished through a tracheotomy with breonchoscopic control. Two were successfully removed using a flexible bronchoscope. One was removed through tnoracotomy. Conclusion The treatment modality to be used is depended on the type of the airway foreign body. The management of pre and post operation is the most important in operative management. If foreign bodies cannot be grasped or endoscopic extraction is associated with large risk for the patient, open surgery is indicated.更多还原
