【摘要】 目的　探讨正交函数法测定盐酸新福林的含量。方法　采用正交函数分光光度法 ,以二次正交多项式为新福林的分析多项式摸型 ,选择测试点数和间隔波长 ,测定新福林的含量。结果　盐酸新福林的平均回收率为 99 4 7% ,RSD为 0 5 8% (n =6 )。结论　该方法简便、快速、准确 ,适合于盐酸新福林滴眼液的快速含量检测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of phenylephrine in phenylphrine hydrochloride eye drops. Methods Orthogonal function spectrophotometry was used. Results The average recovery was 99 47% and RSD was 0 58% ( n =6). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for rapid quantitative analysis of phenylephrine in phenylephrine hydrochloride eye drops.更多还原
