【摘要】 目的　探讨安氟醚麻醉对普胸外科手术的老年患者心肌酶谱的影响。方法　选择普胸外科手术的老年患者 2 0例 ,分对照组和安氟醚组 ,每组 10例 ;咪唑安定、异丙酚、芬太尼、维库溴铵等麻醉诱导 ,麻醉期间对照组不吸入麻醉药、安氟醚组麻醉期间吸入安氟醚。分别于麻醉前、手术结束、术后 2 4h抽取静脉血 3ml测ALT、AST、LDH、CPK、CKMB、LDH1、AHBD。结果　AST安氟醚组术毕、术后 2 4h升高 ,对照组术后 2 4h升高。二组老年患者的CPK术毕、术后 2 4h与麻醉前比较升高 (P <0 0 1) ,安氟醚组的LDH、AHBD术后 2 4h水平与麻醉前比较升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　安氟醚麻醉对进行普胸外科等大手术老年患者心肌酶谱有一定的影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of enflurane on myocardial enzymes in thoraosurgical geratic patients. Methods Twenty patients were randomly allocated into two groups, control group (without enflurane in anesthesia n =10),enflurane group (with enflurane in anesthesia n =10). All the patients were induced with fentanyl, midazolum, propofol and vecuronium bromide. SBP,DBP,HR,SPO 2,PETCO 2,ETAC were recorded during anesthesia. The venous blood samples were taken to measure the serum levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CPK,CKMB,LDH1,AHBD before anesthesia, upon completion of operation and 24 h after operation. Results The AST in enflurane group and the CPK in both groups were higher before anesthesia than upon completion of operation and 24 h after operation. The AST in control group and the LDH,AHBD in enflurane group were higher before anesthesia than upon 24 h after operation. Conclusion The influence has effects on myocardial enzymes in thoraosurgical geratic patients.更多还原
