【摘要】 目的　总结大龄房间隔缺损 (下称房缺 )患者外科手术治疗经验。方法　对 32例 30岁以上房缺患者施行手术治疗 ,其中 2 2例直接缝合缺损 ,8例行自体心包修补 ,2例行涤纶补片修补。结果　无手术死亡 ,术后 1周内心律失常发生率为 4 4 %。结论　房缺一旦确诊 ,应尽早在体外循环下施行手术 ,年龄因素不应作为手术禁忌症 ,尽可能直接缝合缺损 ,用补片修补时宜选择自体心包 ,良好的术中心肌保护和正确的术后监护及处理心律失常是改善预后的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the clinical experience in surgical treatment of Atrial Septal Defect(ASD) in over 30 years patients. Methods Thirty-two patients over 30 years old were performed operation of ASD repair, including 22 patients with direct suture, 8 with pericardia patch, 2 with Dacron patch. Results No patient died of the operation. Postoperative morbidity of arrhythmia was 44 percent within 1 week.Conclusion Once ASD is diagnosed ,should be performed operation as soon as possible .Age is not an absolute contraindication to ASD repair .Direct stitch is recom mended and pericardium is the first choice when patch is needed .It is essential to maintain perfect myocardial protection perioperation ,correct intensive care postopera tion ,proper treatment of arrhythmia .更多还原
