【摘要】 目的　评价复方可待因 (可待因∶阿斯匹林 =1∶2 5)的镇痛作用。方法　镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法 ,醋酸扭体法和大鼠甩尾法。结果　复方可待因 (剂量为可待因 1 4mg/kg、阿斯匹林 352mg/kg)可以抑制小鼠由热板和醋酸以及大鼠由光辐射引起的痛反应。结论　复方可待因具有较好的镇痛作用 ,而且可待因和阿斯匹林在复方中表现出较好的镇痛协同作用更多还原
