自制颅脑肿瘤定位装置临床研究

【摘要】 目的 寻求更精确的头颅肿瘤定位方法。方法 利用三维坐标原理 ,使用不锈钢为材料 ,自行设计 ,制做成头颅肿瘤定位装置。结果 选用脑胶质瘤Ⅱ~Ⅲ级 1 0例患者定位后 ,复查脑CT ,测量定位仪定位后与肿瘤中心偏差平均数为 1 74mm。结论 该定位仪准确可靠 ,为一些只有简单放射治疗装置的中小型医院头颅肿瘤定位带来了方便

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study is to find a more accura te technique for the location of craniocerebral tumors. Methods On the basis of the three dimensional coordinate principle, we designed and made by ourselves a devi ce for craniocerebral tumor location with stainless steel as materials. Results After a series of improvements, the device was used to locate tum ors in 10 patients with brain glioma ( grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ). According to the reexamination by cerebral CT imaging, the average deviation between the target centers determined with the locator and the tumor centers was 1 75 mm. Conclusion The loca tor proves to be accurate and reliable. The device brings a real convenience for the location o f craniocerebral tumors to the middle and small hospitals which have only some simple radiotherapy equip ment.
