环氧改性氰酸酯复合材料工艺性研究
Laying Properties of Composite with Modified Cyanate Ester
【摘要】 对环氧E—51改性双酚A型氰酸酯 (BADCy)复合材料的铺敷性进行了研究 ,发现BADCy树脂和环氧E— 51树脂经适当预聚后在室温下具有一定的粘性 ,可制作出具有室温铺敷性的复合材料预浸料。研究还发现 ,氰酸酯的纯度对预聚反应影响较大 ,工业品的BADCy具有较高的反应活性 ,而提纯后的BADCy反应活性低。少量环氧E— 51对BADCy的预聚反应有明显促进作用 ,但大于 5份后 ,这种促进作用不明显
【Abstract】 Laying properties of bisphenol-A d icyan ate(BADCy) composite modified by epoxy E-51 are studied.It is found that app ropriate pre-polymerization of BADCy with epoxy E-51 could make the mixture in to adhesive state at room temperature,thus the polymerized BADCy prepr eg could be made. It is also found that the effect of the purity of BADCy on the pre-polyme rization reactivity is strong.Comparing with pur ified BADCy,the commercial BADCy has high reactivity.Lower content of epox y E-51 could promote the polymerization,and no remarkable effect is observed wh en the epoxy E-51 exceeds 5 parts by weight.
