固体火箭发动机复合材料裙技术研究发展
Progress in Technology Study of Composite Skirts for Solid Rocket Motors
【摘要】 介绍了固体火箭发动机壳体裙的结构、用途及采用复合材料裙体的优点。详细讨论了玻璃纤维和混杂纤维等增强材料在国外发动机裙上的应用 ,以及国内在该领域所取得的研究成果和复合材料裙的单独成型及整体成型工艺 ,同时展望了国内布带缠绕高性能复合材料裙的技术发展趋势和应用前景
【Abstract】 Both the structure and the use of solid rocket motor case skirts are presented.The advantages of the composite skirts are introduced.Application of reinforcing materials such as glass and hybrid fibers to the motor skirts abroad and the domestic research fruits in this domain are discussed in detail.The separate and the integral manufacturing processes are expounded as well.Technology progress and application of the tape winding composite skirts with high performance in the future at home are forecasted.
