【摘要】 目的　研究钩体病患者血清中钩体DNA ,为防治该病提供科学依据。方法　应用PCR技术 ,测定患者血清钩体DNA和MAT法测血清中钩体抗体。结果　 4 0份患者早期血清中PCR法检出阳性8份 ,5 3份血清中MAT法检出阳性 11份。结论　PCR分子生物学技术应用钩体病早期诊断是一种快速敏感有效的方法 ,有利于提高钩体病防治总体水平更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the DNA of Leptospira interrogans in patient’s sera in order to provide a basis for scientific research. Methods DNA of Leptospira interrogans in patient’s sera was detected by using PCR and antibody by MAT. Results Eight of forty patients by PCR and 11 of 53 by MAT were detected positive.Conclusions PCR could be a specific and sensitive molecular biological way for the rapid detection of Leptospirosis.更多还原
