【Abstract】 The experiments were conducted with Apis mellifera Ligustica.The contents of K + and Na + in the hemolymph of honeybees larvae , just emergence worker bees, feeding worker bees and foraging worker bees were determined by 755B spectrophotometer. The result showed that the contents of K + and Na + in the Hemolymph were variant in different development phase.更多还原
