液压缸(马达)试验台及CAT系统研制
Development of Hydraulic Cylinder (Motor) Test-bed and CAT System
【摘要】 论述现有液压缸(马达)试验台存在的一些弊端,对采用比例压力控制技术的试验台进行研究,包括液压系统原理设计、分布式结构设计及液压试验台的计算机辅助测试技术。结合传统的CAT设计技术,引进Ac tiveX控件技术、动态链接库DLL技术及虚拟仪器技术进行液压缸(马达)试验台设计。
【Abstract】 The article describes the fauls with the hydraulic cylinder (motor) testbed available at presentIt presents a method of the proportional control on the testbed, including the schematic design of hydraulic system, distributed structure design and CAT. The techniques of ActiveX,DLL and virtual instrument are introduced and employed in the design of hydraulic cylinder (motor) testbed in combination of traditional CAT
