【摘要】 目的 评价儿童哮喘患者血清微量元素检测指标的意义。方法 通过CBMdisc、中文全文数据库全面检索国内已发表的相关文献,检索策略:哮喘中国儿童患者与对照组血微量元素检测。资料收集和分析:由2位评价者按照上述检索策略收集文献,排除那些不符合选择标准要求的试验并进行Meta分析。结果 Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca下降分别为2.07 μmol/L(95％CI 1.57-2.57)、1.98μmol/L(95％CI 0.96-3.00)、0.10μmol(95％CI 0.07-0.13)、0.16 mmol/L(95％CI 0.10-0.22),有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);Cu、Mn增高分别为0.78 μmol/L(95％CI0.05-1.51)、0.02μmol/L(95％CI 0.01-0.04),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者存在微量元素不平衡,有必要开展更广泛研究和更深层的原因探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of trace elements in children serum examination in patients with asthma. Method: The search for all the related literature in CBMdisc has been made and Chinese full text database had been made as well. Selection criteria: Examination of serum trace element in Chinese children patients with asthma and control group. Data collection and analysis: A quantitative meta-analysis was carried out by two reviewers using updated information based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from all papers available. The meta-analysis was based on all trace elements.
