【摘要】 目的 :探讨脂蛋白脂酶 (lipoproteinlipase,LPL)基因中常见多态性位点HindⅢ基因多态性与老年人群血脂水平的关系。方法 :应用多聚酶链反应方法和限制性片段长度多态性技术 ,确定2 3 3例老年人的HindⅢ -LPL基因型 ,并测定血脂 ,计算BMI、WHR等。结果 :在老年人群中 ,H+H+ -LPL基因型的TG、VLDL -c、Lc/Hc、TC/Hc显著高于H+ H-基因型 ;H+ H+ 基因型的apoAI、apoAI/B、HDL -c显著低于H+ H-基因型。结论 :LPL -HindⅢ基因多态性与老年人群血脂间存在一定的关联更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the association of HindⅢ DNA polymorphism in lipoprotein lipase (LPL)gene and plasma lipid levels in the aged. Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) techniques were used to detect the HindⅢ-LPL genotypes in 233 old people, then measured the levels of plasma lipids, calculated BMI and WHR. Results The levels of TG?VLDL-c?Lc/Hc and TC/Hc in H +H +-LPL genotypes were significantly higher than those in H +H --LPL( P <0 05), while the levels of apoAI?apoAI/B and HDL-c in H +H +-LPL genotypes were significantly lower in the aged. Conclusion The results suggest that LPL-HindⅢ genotype polymorphisms are associated with plasma lipid levels in the elderly.更多还原
