低温共烧片式陶瓷微波带通滤波器
Low Temperature Co-fired Chip Ceramic Microwave Passband Filter
【摘要】 介绍了低温共烧片式陶瓷滤波器的工艺过程,用耦合带状线实现谐振单元设计带通滤波器的方法,通过多层陶瓷工艺,用高介电常数、低温烧结微波陶瓷实现了中心频率1GHz的微波带通滤波器,带通滤波器的体积小,整个滤波器的尺寸为5.8mm×3.6mm×1.6mm,适用于表面贴装技术。
【Abstract】 Manufacture and design method of low temperature co-fired chip ceramic microwave bandpass filter with coupling stripline resonator was presented. A laminated bandpass filter of center frequency at 1 GHz was accomplished by microwave ceramic with high permittivity and low sintering temperature. Bandpass filter with small size(Dimension:5.8 mm× 3.6 mm×1.6 mm) is suitable for SMT.
