【Abstract】 Ceramic filter based on Lead-free piezoelectric NBT material is studied in this paper. Many different phenomena were found compared to filter based on conventional PZT materials in the researching process, which are caused by the their differences on the dielectric properties on the on hand, on the other hand,it illuminates the necessity to improve the piezoelectric properties of NBT materials.更多还原
