NBT基无铅压电陶瓷滤波器
Ceramic Filter Based on Lead-free Piezoelectric NBT Material
【摘要】 主要研究了用改性的(NaBi)0.5 TiO3(NBT)基无铅压电材料制作的压电陶瓷滤波器。在研究过程中出现很多不同于以往的情况,这些一方面是由于NBT基材料与传统PZT基材料的介电性能有较大差异造成的,另一方面说明NBT基材料的压电性能较PZT基材料还有进一步提高的必要。
【Abstract】 Ceramic filter based on Lead-free piezoelectric NBT material is studied in this paper. Many different phenomena were found compared to filter based on conventional PZT materials in the researching process, which are caused by the their differences on the dielectric properties on the on hand, on the other hand,it illuminates the necessity to improve the piezoelectric properties of NBT materials.
