Li0.025Na0.975NbO3晶体的介电和铁电性质
Dielectric and Ferroelectric Properties of Li0.025Na0.975NbO3 Crystal
【摘要】 观察了Li0.025Na0.975NbO3晶体的电滞回线,并研究了它在400°C以下的介电温谱和室温时500MHz以下的介电频谱。其介电温谱的峰值在升温和降温时分别出现在380°C和365°C,有明显的热滞,因此其相变属于一级相变。Li0.025Na0.975NbO3晶体在500MHz附近可能存在介电弛豫。
【Abstract】 The ferroelectric and dielectric properties of Li0025Na0975NbO3 crystal were investigated The remanent polarization and coercive field of Li0025Na0975NbO3 crystal were 25 μC/cm2 and 17 kV/cm, respectively, at 160 °C The dielectric peak of Li0025Na0975NbO3 crystal was found to be 380 °C on heating and 365 °C on cooling, which indicates of a thermal hysteresis of about 15 °C In addition, the relax frequency of Li0025Na0975NbO3 crystal was measured to be about 500 MHz in this experiment
