A位非等配比对(NaBi)(0.5(1-x)(Ba) x TiO3 性能的影响
The Effect of Excessive Bi3+ on Properties of(Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3 Based Complex System
【摘要】 研究了A位非等配比——过量Bi3+(Bi3+:Na1+>1:1)对(NaBi)0.5(1-x)(Ba)xTiO3材料的介电、压电性能的影响。随着引入的过量Bi3+的增加,材料的介电常数和损耗均呈先下降后增大的现象。当Bi3+∶Na+=52∶48时,(NaBi)0.5(1-x)(Ba)xTiO3复合材料的d33、kt值都达到最大值。
【Abstract】 The effect of nonequivalent ratio of Bi3+ and Na+ on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (1-y)(NaBi)05(1-x)BaxTiO3 leadfree ceramic are discussed in this paper When the excessive Bi3+ equals 002 mol, the d33 and kt achieve the maxima values So we consider that,with suitable excessive Bi3+ (≤002 mol), the piezoelectric properties of materials can be improved.
