金属有机分解法制备Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12薄膜

【摘要】 采用金属有机分解法(MOD)在Si(100)衬底上制备了Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT)薄膜。用X-射线衍射技术研究了BLT薄膜的结构和结晶性。用原子力显微镜分析了BLT薄膜的表面形貌。同时还研究了薄膜的介电和存储性能。

【Abstract】 Bi3.25La075Ti3O12(BLT)thin films have been grown on Si(100) substrates by metalorganic decompostion(MOD) method.The structural characteristic and crystallization of the films were examined by Xray diffraction(XRD).The surface morphologies of the films were examined by atomic force microscopy(AFM).The dielectric property and memory effect of the thin films were also studied.
