金属有机分解法制备Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12薄膜
Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 Thin Films by Metalorganic Decomposition Method
【摘要】 采用金属有机分解法(MOD)在Si(100)衬底上制备了Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT)薄膜。用X-射线衍射技术研究了BLT薄膜的结构和结晶性。用原子力显微镜分析了BLT薄膜的表面形貌。同时还研究了薄膜的介电和存储性能。
【Abstract】 Bi3.25La075Ti3O12(BLT)thin films have been grown on Si(100) substrates by metalorganic decompostion(MOD) method.The structural characteristic and crystallization of the films were examined by Xray diffraction(XRD).The surface morphologies of the films were examined by atomic force microscopy(AFM).The dielectric property and memory effect of the thin films were also studied.
