水稻恶苗病种子带菌率与田间发病率的相关分析

【摘要】 供试水稻恶苗病种子带菌率为0%~24.3%,田间发病率仅为0%~2.87%.经测算|Y|=0.7308>0.641,p<0.01.种子带菌率与田间发病率存在极显著正相关.因此,在抗病育种和药剂筛选试验需要大量样本进行田间鉴定时,需先进行种子带菌率测定,这样可以减轻费工费时的田间鉴定的压力.

【Abstract】 The bacterial bearing rate of the provided seeds with bakanae disease was 0%~24.3%,but their field morbidity was only 0%~2.87%.The result of measuring and calculating was |Y|=0.730 8>0.641,P<0.01.Greatly significant positive correlation existed between the bacterial bearing rate and field morbidity.To determine the bacterial bearing rate firstly could reduce the pressure of field determination which wasted time and energy when the disease-resistant breeding and medicament screening test needed mass samples.
