苹果梨授粉用花粉的采集、运输及贮藏技术

【摘要】 对苹果梨授粉用花粉的大量采集、运输和贮藏技术进行了研究,结果表明,供试梨花粉的最适采集时期是大蕾期;机械脱粒法采集的花粉发芽率最高、损失率最低;室内阴干条件下干燥的花粉发芽率最高,干燥时温度越高花粉发芽率越低,花药厚度越低发芽率越高;采集的花药在冷藏室里贮藏3d后的花粉发芽率与当天的无显著差异.冷藏车运输的花粉发芽率比自然运输的高15.2%.授粉当天花粉发芽率下降10%左右,在冰箱冷冻室中贮藏1年的花粉的发芽率与贮藏前无显著差异,具有很强的授粉能力;冷藏室中干燥和密封条件下贮藏1年的花粉也具有一定的授粉能力.

【Abstract】 Collection,transportation and storage features of Applepear pollen were studied.The result indicated the best collection stage was in the big bud period.The germination percentage of the pollen by mechanism threshing collection was the highest and the losing rate was the lowest.The pollen dried in the room should get the highest germination percentage.the desiccation in high temperature led the pollen germination percentage to decrease.Pollen in thinner anther sac could get higher germination percentage than in thick one.The germination percentage of the pollen in refrigeration storage for three days had no significant difference with the pollen of fresh anthers.The germination percentage of the pollen transported in refrigerator increased 15.2% than transported regularly.The pollen germination percentage of storage decreased around 10% in the pollinated day. The germination percentage of the pollen of storage in refrigerator for a year had not significant difference with pre-storage.And the pollen still had strong pollination capacity. pollen of cold storage in the dried and hermetic condition for a year also could maintain certain pollination capacity.
