【Abstract】 A fault detection and isolation approach focused on the output response of analog circuits is put forward in diagnosing the limited and inaccessible test point’s circuit.Assisted by the continuous curves of fault dictionary,the faulty component’s detection and identification method based on fault errors accumulating and error curves constructing under multifrequency test is discussed and validated through circuit simulation.更多还原
