【摘要】 目的 :研究电视纤维光导喉镜在困难气管插管中的应用 .方法 :2 0例困难气管插管病人 ,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 .拟经口、经鼻插管各 1 0例 ,行口鼻咽喉表面麻醉 ,静脉给予小剂量咪达唑仑 ,氟哌利多 ,芬太尼 ,硫贲妥钠 ,使麻醉达到一定深度 ,保留自主呼吸 ,采用电视纤维光导喉镜引导经口或经鼻插管 .结果 :拟经鼻插管 1 0例 ,全部成功 ,成功率 1 0 0 % ,拟经口插管1 0例 ,6例成功 ,4例改经鼻插管成功 ,成功率 60 % .结论 :电视纤维光导喉镜用于困难气管插管 ,成功率高 ,损伤小 ,提高了麻醉的安全性 .更多还原
