【摘要】 研究了在酸性条件下 ,用乙酸 +异丙醇混合溶剂萃取烟草中的烟碱 ,滤液直接注入色谱柱进行烟碱含量的测定。在 0～ 18.0 5mg/ 2 5mL范围内 ,烟碱含量与峰面积比具有良好的线性关系 ,其相关系数r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 98.18%～ 10 0 .0 6 % ,表明方法准确、可靠 ,运用该方法能快速测定烟草中的烟碱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nicotine in tobacco was extracted with mixture of 0.5% acetic acid glacial and 99.5% isopropyl alcohol and determined directly by gas chromatography. The relationship between quantity of nicotine and peak area ratio was linear in the range of 0-18.05mg/25mL and its correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The mean recovery of nicotine was from 98.18% to 100.06%. It was proved that the method was accurate, reliable and suited to determine the content of nicotine in tobacco rapidly.更多还原
