厚膜电阻导电机理的探讨

【摘要】 以钯-银电阻(Pd-Ag玻璃系)材料为研究对象,分析了厚膜电阻常见的4种导电机理,为我们理解厚膜电阻的导电过程提供了帮助。

【Abstract】 Taking the material of Pd - Ag resistor as the research object, this article analyses four kinds of conducting mechanism of thick - film resistor.
