【摘要】 本文首先概述了我国农药企业的状况,分析了农药企业对资源利用、环境污染、生态安全及人畜健康的影响,说明了改变我国农药企业状况的必要性。其次,就整合农药企业与资源利用效率问题进行博弈分析,得到的结果是:整合后的企业个数越少,则资源利用总量越少而总收益反而越大,从而论证了整合的可行性和有效性。最后,指出了在我国加入WTO的背景下,整合农药企业的若干途径措施。本文旨在为科学整合农药企业,提供理论指导与决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper surveys the present state of chinese pesticide enterprises, and analyses their effect on environmental pollution, ecological safety, the health of people and domestic animals and the use of resources to show that the change of the state is necessary. Secondly,after the issue on the combination of pesticide enterprises and the efficiency of using resources is analyzed by game theory, we draw the conclusion that after combination, the fewer enterprises there are, the less quantity of resources is used and the greater profit is obtained in the aggregate. Finally, some measures and approaches are presented for promoting the combination after China’s WTO entry. This study is aimed at providing a theoretical guidance and basis of policy-making for the combination of Chinese pesticide enterprises.更多还原
