【摘要】 目的　探讨微型钢板螺钉治疗掌骨骨折的效果及临床应用经验。方法　 1998年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月 ,采用微型钢板螺钉治疗掌骨骨折 34例 4 9处 ,术后第 2天疼痛减轻即开始功能锻炼。结果　术后随访 4周～ 12个月 ,平均 4 .6个月。骨折临床愈合时间 7～ 14周 ,平均 8.4周。按照TAM系统评定法进行关节功能评价 ,优良率为 89.8%。所有病例均无骨折移位、不愈合、内固定松动和伤口感染发生。结论　微型钢板螺钉治疗掌骨骨折 ,固定可靠 ,术后可早期活动锻炼 ,并发症少 ,是一种有效的内固定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:49 fractures in 34 patients were reviewed in order to study the treatment effect of miniplate and screws on metacarpal fractures. Methods:From 1998 to 2003, by using miniplate and screws we treated 34 patients with metacarpal fractures. Active motion begun from the second day postoperatively.Results:All cases were followed up 4 weeks～12 months and achieved clinical union after operation in 7～14 weeks with an average of 8.4 weeks. Evaluated by the TAM system, the healing excellent rate was 89.8%. No complications occured of displacement and malunion of fractures, instability of fixation and wound infection. Conclusions: Miniplate and screws have reliable fixation and less complications for metacarpal fractures. Study shows that miniplate and screws are effective instruments for metacarpal fractures.更多还原
