【摘要】 [背景 ]探讨结石性胆囊炎应激性危害的外科治疗体会 .[病例报告 ]对 14 8例结石性胆囊炎应激性危害患者进行了外科治疗 ,其中行胆囊大部分切除术 16例 ,整块切除胆囊 5例 ,胆囊造瘘术 2例 ,胆囊切除加胆总管探查术 17例 ,其余均按照顺逆结合切除胆囊 .[讨论 ]要预防结石性胆囊炎的严重并发症 ,行胆囊切除术是理想而有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo study on the experience of su rgical treatment for the emergent harm of calculary cholecystitis. CASE REPORT148 cases of emergent harm of calculary cholecystitistis were t reated by surgery, in which a majority of cholecyst was excised in 16 cases, who le of cholecyst was excised in 5 cases, the cholecystostomy was performed in 2 c ases, excising the cholecyst and exploring the choledochus were performed in 17 cases, and the rest was excised cholecyst by following or regressing choledochus .DISCUSSIONTo prevent serious complications of calculary cholecystitis, the most ideal and effective method is to perform cholecysstec tomy.更多还原
