【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo evaluate the clinical value o f the Bard Marlex Mesh Perfix Hernioplasty for treatment of the aged hernia.CASE REPORTThe hernial sac was separated to high site with no re sect, and the taper plug was put to endocyclic orifice and fixed it to the tra nsvers fascia, then put and fixed the Marlex Mesh inferior to the spermatic cord .DISCUSSIONThe operation is simple, fast recovery and low re currence rate, and especially useful to treat the aged hernia with large defect and other complications.更多还原
