【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo study the therapeutic effec ts of neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland for 1 case of atypical facial pain.CASE REPORTThe main region of pain wa s the left eye, left periotic area and supradental alveoli. The patient was trea ted with the neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland by general anesthesia with direc tion of X-ray. The facial pain was obviously relieved, and the VAS score was c ha nged from 9 to 2 without headache, visual field defect, diabetes insipidus and o ther complications.The symptom did not recur in 3 months of following up. DISCUSSIONThe neuroadenolysis of pituitary gland is an effective metho d for the atypical facial pain.更多还原
