【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨外科 正畸联合治疗上颌埋伏阻生前牙的疗效 .[方法 ]先用方丝弓矫治器在牙弓上扩展所需间隙 ,翻粘骨膜瓣 ,暴露牙冠 ,粘托槽或牵引钩 ,牵引并导萌牙齿到牙列中 ,排齐后保持 .[结果 ]2 1颗埋伏阻生前牙均萌出后排齐 ,牙髓及牙周组织健康 .[结论 ]正确分析上颌埋伏阻生前牙在上颌骨内的位置 ,采取正确的外科手术和正畸牵引导萌方法 ,可以达到矫治目的更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo treat impacted maxillary anterior teeth with surgery orthodontics.?METHODS?21 maxillary impacted anterior teeth were treated by surgery orthodontics that is opening of space for impacted anterior teeth, using the edgewise fixed appliance, using the full flap closure surgical approach, exposing the crowns of impacted maxillary anterior teeth and firmly bonding brackets.?RESULTS?21 maxillary impacted anterior teeth were aligned, and their dental pulp and periodontal tissue were normal.?CONCLUSION?21 maxillary impacted anterior teeth were effectively treated by analyzing the position in the maxillary bone, choosing available surgical exposure and orthodontic traction.更多还原
