【摘要】 [背景 ]外伤引起颅内多处出血、合并多处骨折及消化道出血且昏迷 4个月后苏醒的病例较少见 .[病例报告 ]患者因被汽车撞伤 ,处于深昏迷状态 ,诊断为硬膜下血肿、脑挫裂伤、颅内多处脑实质内出血、双侧股骨干粉碎性骨折及应急性胃粘膜病变 ,经 4个多月治疗苏醒 .[讨论 ]对昏迷苏醒的时间及持续性植物状态的诊断标准尚不统一 ,通过病例的积累 ,可对昏迷及持续性植物状态有进一步的认识更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTraumatic injury could cause multiple intra cranial hemorrhage, multiple bone fracture and gastrointestinal bleeding. There is few cases of revived from 4 months of post traumatic coma after treatment in the inpatients.?CASE REPORT?One patient with deep coma caused by motor vehicle crash was diagnosed as the subdural hematoma, brain contusion, multiple hemorrhage of brain parenchyma, comminuted fracture of both femoral shafts and gastric stress lesion and was revived from the coma after treatment that seems impossible to be alive.?DISCUSSION?By now, there have not been united diagnostic criteria for the period of coma and persistent vegetative state. Only through accumulation of clinical case, we could get better understanding for the post traumatic coma and persistent vegetative state.更多还原
