铁电材料参数计算机测试系统的研制
Investigation and Development of Computer-adied System for Measuring Ferroelectric Material Parameters
【摘要】 介绍了铁电材料电滞回线、Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性测量原理和铁电材料参数计算机测试系统的组成,重点对系统的硬件 与软件模块进行了研究。用该系统测试了PLT5铁电陶瓷的电滞回线和Ⅰ—Ⅴ特性,测试结果表明:铁电材料参数计算 机测试系统运行效果良好。
【Abstract】 Introduced the measurement principle of ferroelectric material hysteresis loops and I- V characteristic curves, and a computer-adied system for measuring the ferroelectric parameters.Focusing on this spot, the system of hardware and software modules had been investigated and developed.Finally, the hysteresis loop and I-V characteristic curve of PZT5 ceramic samples were measured by the system, the results showed that the system run well.
