【Abstract】 Introduced the measurement principle of ferroelectric material hysteresis loops and I- V characteristic curves, and a computer-adied system for measuring the ferroelectric parameters.Focusing on this spot, the system of hardware and software modules had been investigated and developed.Finally, the hysteresis loop and I-V characteristic curve of PZT5 ceramic samples were measured by the system, the results showed that the system run well.更多还原
