线阵CCD阵列检测系统设计

【摘要】 以TCD1208AP为例,叙述了线阵CCD的时序逻辑,并设计了相应的阵列检测系统。系统使用单片机作为控制单元,使用在系统可编程器件设计了CCD的时序发生器,使用模数转换器AD9243和FIFO缓存器构成高速数据采集系统。分析了时序发生器的组成原理,并基于ispLSI1016实现设计,给出了实测波形。分析了14位3MHz模数转换器AD9243和9位4k容量的FIFO存储器IDT7204的时序,设计中使用2片IDT7204构成一个14位的缓存器,给出了数据采集系统接口电路图,并对电路设计进行了说明。

【Abstract】 With TCD 1208AP,the timing of linear CCD was introduced and array detection system was designed.The system used a Monolithic Microcomputer as MCU,an ISP device for timing generator,and AD9243 and FIFO as buffer for a high-speed data acquisition system.The architecture of the Linear CCD Timing Generator was analyzed.Based on the ispLSI1016,the design was achieved and the measured waveform of timing was presented.The timing of AD9243 and IDT7204 were analyzed.AD9243 was a kind of 14-bit,3MSPS Monolithic A/D converter and IDT7204 was a kind of 9-bit,4k First-in/First-out dual-port memory.Two FIFO devices were used to achieve the 14-bit buffer.The interface circuit was given and the design idea was introduced.
