分时差分式光纤甲烷气体检测仪的研制
Study on Time - Sharing Difference Absorption Optical Fiber CH4 Sensor
【摘要】 基于甲烷气体的吸收光谱特性,研制了一种用低廉LED作光源的新型分时差分式光纤甲烷气体检测仪。光源LED自动实行交替斩波,波长切换机构的灵巧设计可以用单光路实现差分吸收浓度检测,消除了双光路的差异。理论和实验表明,该结构既可以简化设计,又可有效抑制信号检测与传输中的同性干扰。
【Abstract】 Based on the CH4 absorption spectrum, a novel kind of transmission-type optical fiber CH4 detector with the low-cost illuminant of LED (automatically alternate chopped) is presented in this paper. Time-sharing difference absorption signal is realized by a smart design. The theory and experiments show that the sensor with optical fiber is simple for design, sufficient to suppress the interference and the variant from the double beam path.
