基于CAN总线的网络传感器的研究与实现
Study and Implementation of Network Sensors Based on CAN Bus
【摘要】 针对未来传感器的发展方向,在介绍了网络传感器接口标准IEEE1451.2的基础上,结合STIM的设计思想以及CAN总线的技术特点,以ADuC812单片机为核心控制器,提出一种基于CAN总线的网络传感器的设计思想,针对网络传感器节点提出一种在线编程的设计方法,即在线修改电子数据表单(TEDS)中描述的传感器的生产厂家、日期、校准参数等传感器属性的技术方法,并详细介绍了网络传感器的硬件结构、数字通讯接口以及TEDS设计思想和通讯数据格式。
【Abstract】 To the trend of sensor’s development in future, after introducing the standard of network sensor interface IEEE1451. 2, according to the design of STIM and technology characteristics of CAN Bus, focusing on the MCU of A-DuC812, the design of network sensor based on CAN Bus is proposed in this paper. To the network sensor node, a method of program online is presented. That is to say, can modify some parameters of field sensors online in accordance with Transducer Electronic Data Sheet(TEDS), the attribution such as manufacturer、date、calibration parameter, and so on. In addition, the hardware structure, digital interface, TEDS design and communication data format are presented in detail.
