【Abstract】 Respectfulness is an important selfcultivation effort needed for the Confucianists to reach "saint" level, which is the ideal state of morality. The ideology of respectfulness, which reflects the specialty of Chinese philosophy, is not only one of the most important contents but also an important component and key link of Cheng Yi, Cheng Hao and Zhu Xi’s theory system. Yi Hwang in Korea not only inherited and developed the ideology of respectfulness but also made his philosophy into a system based on the ideas of respectfulness.更多还原
