【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切术(LC)的临床应用。方法对511例 LC 的手术方法、术后效果进行综合评价。结果完成 LC504例,术中中转开腹7例(1.37%),术后发生各类并发症23例(4.5%),其中较严重并发症5例(0.95%),死亡1例(0.19%)。结论LC 开展初期并发症发生率较高,随着操作技术的熟练,其并发症发生率逐渐下降,并代替传统的开腹胆囊切除术(OC),成为胆囊切除的首选术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical usage of laparoscope Cholecystectomy (LC) Methods:A retrospective study of 511 cases who received LC from 1997.7 to 2002.12 was made,and also evaluate the op- eration methods and its offect.Results504 cases received LC and 1 case underwent open cholecystectomy (O.C)(1.37%), Total cases with complication after LC are 23,among which 5 cases are severe.1 case died.Conclusion Complication in early stage of LC are higher,it will be depressed with the progress of doctor’s skill of LC,OC will be replaced by LC.更多还原
