【摘要】 目的　调查中药注射液引起的不良反应的发生率及临床表现 ,了解中药引起药物不良反应的发生情况。旨在关注用药安全。方法　对 84例中药注射液引起的不良反应进行分析。结果　 84例中药注射液不良反应涉及中药品种有 19种。药物不良反应按系统分 ,其中变态反应占 84.52 %。所有不良反应均由静脉给药引起。结论　临床上广泛使用的中药注射液很可能引起不良反应 ,应加强对中药注射液不良反应的监测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence and manifestation of the adverse reactions of paren tal herbal solutions for better surveillance and safer use of traditional Chines e herbal medicines. Methods The adverse reactions of 84 parenta l herbal solution preparations were reviewed. Results The adve rse drug reactions of 84 parental herbal solution preparations were related to 1 8 traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Hypersensitivity accounted for 84.52% of all adverse reactions, which were all caused by parental administration. Conclusions Adverse drug reactions can be caused by the widely used parental herbal solution preparations. Close surveillance of these preparations for adverse reactions is warranted.更多还原
