发热过程中体温调控信号的转导模式
Mode of intercellular conduction of temperature-regulating signal during fever——The targets possibly acted on by new drug
【摘要】 在发热过程中 ,脑内温控核团接收 3条途径的信号 :神经介质传递信号途径 ,体液介质介导信号途径和脑内其它神经核团传递信号途径。温控核团对接收到的三方面信号进行综合 ,确定是否发热及发热的程度。解热药可以通过阻断或改变这些传入信号的内容而起到解热的作用
【Abstract】 In fever, the neurons accept the signals through three routes : The signal from neuron transmitter,the signal from liquid transmitter and the signal from other neurons in the brain. Temperature controlling neurons accepts the signals from the three ways and integrates the transmission of them, finally determines if fever well occurs and what extent of it. New compounds can be used to stop, or modify the signals.
